Practice Meditation

Exercise regularly

Engaging in regular physical exercise helps to relieve stress, lose weight, increases endurance and the general wellbeing of the individual. Make time every day to exercise for at least 30 minutes and you would be amazed the impact it would have on your body and mind. Regular exercise promotes good sleep, limits the chances of certain diseases including stroke, depression, anxiety, certain cancers.
